Insurance
I am Out of Network with insurance.
You can look into using your Out of Network (OON) Benefits through your current insurance provider. Many insurance providers will reimburse for out of network services and I can provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.
We encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask:
- What is my deductible for “out of network” expenses and how close am I to meeting it? (for outpatient mental health provider)
- After my deductible is met, how much of the session cost will you reimburse?
- Are there any limits of reimbursement such as the number of sessions?
Payment
Forms of payment include: VISA (debit or credit), MASTERCARD (debit or credit), DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CASH, or CHECK. I also accept HSA and FSA cards to my list of payments methods.
You will be required to hold a credit or debit card on file to be used only in the event of a missed or late canceled appointment, although you can also use this card to charge sessions automatically for ease of payment and to avoid using session time to make payments online.
All sessions must be paid for prior to the start of the session.
